Definitely recommended! Looks as good as it feels. I've even worn them without socks a few times without any discomfort, which you cannot do with Vans slip-ons. People compliment them all the time, from young punks at a show to old ladies on the bus.
Defective - I had these shoes on for 5 minutes and the little button snapped off! I liked the style, but returned them because I was wary that the same problem would keep happening.
Deceptively cute- I needed another pair of shoes to wear to work- nothing haute couture or fancy. I hesitated when I shopped for these on Logohoo, but I have found Franco Sarto shoes very comfortable. I was not sold on the cowboy/curlicue pattern. Then I wore them and they grew on me. EVERY SHOE MAVEN I KNOW- at work, out and about, friends, etc.- commented on how cute they are. The curlicue pattern is covered when you wear pants, so it is less overwhelming. The only problem I encountered with these shoes is that the heel is very stiff and I got terrible blisters. I need to break the in a bit or get them stretched out. The height of the heel is perfect for city walking- height, but not unstable.
Decent look, great comfort - If you are looking for a low-heel but with a stylish look for work, this is the shoe. It is reminiscent of a shoe that I loved to death (literally) made by Joan and David. Admittedly, it is not as stylish but it is as comfortable. The strap in the back is on the looser side so if you are more on the smallish side of your size, you might want to go down a 1/2 a size. For me, I find it more comfortable not having the strap cling to the back of my foot. The strap on this shoe is NOT adjustable.
DC Kids Villian - A sharp, classic, stylish look -- this slip in shoe is a winner. They do run a bit big so they slip off my son's heel every so often which he has complained about... but other than that, he likes them. Certainly a different look than what all the other kids are wearing, but not in a "dorky" kind of way.
David Tate's "Gloria" I bought these for my mother who has diabetes. She loves the comfortable padding and fit of this sandal and can walk in them with no problems at all! I recommend this sandal for anyone who needs to take special care of their feet.
