After much obsessive comparing and contrasting of various Dooney bags, I settled on the small Lucy in Chestnut. I'm glad I did! It's beautifully made and elegant in an everyday way. It is small (I fit 3 lipsticks, gum, cell phone, penknife, sunglasses, wallet, reusable nylon shopping bag, keys, with room to spare, but not much), but that's good for me, as I tend to pack to capacity and in large bags can never find what I need. You can see everything at once. A big plus. It smells like fish from the tanning process, but that will fade. The chestnut is a lovely, rich color (more like a dark pecan shade than chestnut, though). All in all, I couldn't be happier with this bag.
